In the late 1980s, my country began to research pulp molding lines on its own. In 1988, my country developed the first domestically produced pulp molding production line, mainly for poultry egg trays, beer trays, and fruit trays. The products are single and low-grade.

Since the 1990s, molded pulp products have been used to package agricultural and sideline products, home appliances, electronics, instrumentation and other products. After 1994, the development of the pulp molding industry has made a new leap in our country. In the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong, the large and medium-sized coastal cities are concentrated in the production of lining packaging manufacturers of pulp molded products, and the production of egg trays is mainly concentrated in Hunan. , Shandong, Henan, Beijing and other places, there are also a number of manufacturers that design and manufacture pulp molding equipment.

Especially since 1994, with the influence of domestic and foreign environmental protection policies and the enhancement of social environmental protection awareness, my country has invested a lot of manpower and funds in the pulp molding industry. After hard work, we have developed pulp-molded fast food boxes, bowls, plates, etc. that meet the requirements of China Light Industry. Among them, fast food box production equipment, craftsmanship, formula, and hygiene requirements are all very high. With the strong support of relevant state departments and the efforts of the majority of scientific researchers, the Chinese fast food box products have been continuously improved. my country's pulp molding production technology and equipment have reached the world's advanced level in some performance indicators.
