2. Judging from the current quality and application of molded pulp packaging products, the maximum load-bearing load can reach 150kg. It is the best choice to bear product lined packaging with less complicated shapes and less than 50kg in weight.

The quotation of molded pulp products is generally considered based on the shape, structure, volume and weight of the product, the raw materials used, the requirements of manufacturing technology, the level of product output, and the type and value of packaging. At present, the value converted into unit weight is commonly used, such as yuan/gram or yuan/ton. From the perspective of East China, general products are priced from 9,000 yuan/ton to 10,000 yuan/ton; products with higher appearance and size requirements are priced from 2,000 yuan/ton to 14,000 yuan/ton.

4. The product qualification rate and the reliability of the production line in the production process of pulp molding industrial packaging are major issues related to production costs. At present, the qualified rate of domestic models is about 85%-95%.
